Scholarship Program

Mouthguards USA is proud to provide scholarships to each school that selects us as their mouthguard choice for contact sports. The Athletic director at each participating school will select the athlete(s) that will be awarded the scholarship.

 

Each scholarship will bear the names of the following:

  • Athlete
  • Athletic Director
  • Principle
  • Dentist

The Scholarship will be determined by the following guidelines per school.
