Participating Dentist's

Mouthguards USA provides scholarships to schools that choose us as their choice for mouthguards in conjunction with their contact sports programs. In recognition to the dentists, for their part in providing custom-fitted mouthguards to their local schools; we at Mouthguards USA are proud to include their name(s) on each scholarship awarded.

Dentist Requirements:

• Select one or more teams and/or schools and volunteer time to take impressions for the individuals.
• Provide any follow up adjustments that may be necessary to ensure proper fit of the mouthguard

Dentist Benefits:

• Provide a much needed community service that will protect our young athletes.
• Gain positive recognition in the community through press releases that will be provided by Mouthguards USA.
• Excellent practice builder
• The dentist can donate the mouthguards to their local school(s) which would qualify as a tax deduction. (Please contact Mouthguards USA for more information)
• The storage case for each mouthguard will bear the dentist's name and practice contact information.
